Permission is granted to use the materials on Mind Skills Mastery web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Mind Skills Mastery web site.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Mind Skills Mastery web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and New Zealand without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As an Instructor, we represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.

Terms and Conditions of Subscription Based Membership to Coaching and Training Programs

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
a) Members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Future amendment of terms and conditions:
a) Mind Skills Mastery may amend these conditions in whole or in part from time to time in our sole discretion.
b) Mind Skills Mastery recommends that members check these terms and conditions on a regular basis.
c) Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on Mind Skills Mastery’s website and Zenler or on new terms being accepted on. Members are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the latest version of the terms and conditions.
d) Members agree to check the terms and conditions each time they use Mind Skills Mastery services and will be taken as accepting the then current terms and conditions.
3. Membership Application:
a) Applications for membership are confirmed by the Directors of Mind Skills Mastery who delegate authority to Management of Mind Skills Mastery.
b) Membership applications may be rejected by the Directors in its absolute discretion. If this occurs, the applicant shall be informed within three months of application but the Directors shall not be obliged to give reasons for any rejection of membership.
4. Term of Membership for new members:
a) All new members agree to a minimum term of membership stated for each program with Mind Skills Mastery once any trial period has expired. Trial periods begin from the time first subscription, annual or pay in full payment is completed.
5. Payment:
a) A membership shall be an annual, pay in full or monthly subscription plan paid by direct debit payments via Paypal, Stripe or bank account debit. Corporate memberships may be paid on invoice. Additional taxes may apply.
b) Membership rates are subject to an annual review and as such may increase each membership term.
c) Non-payment of an annual or monthly subscription and other monies due to Mind Skills Mastery that remain in arrears for two months will result in the membership being cancelled effective immediately.
d) Where a membership is cancelled pursuant to clause 6(c), the member will remain liable for the full amount of outstanding annual or monthly subscription and other monies due to Mind Skills Mastery.
e) A reminder of overdue payments will be sent to the member concerned before membership is cancelled. Please note that this may also impact any preferential member rates offered to the member from Mind Skills Mastery’s partners and preferred suppliers.
6. Termination of Membership:
a) The Directors of Mind Skills Mastery, in its sole discretion, may determine and terminate a current membership which may bring Mind Skills Mastery and the wider NLP and Coaching industry into disrepute. If this occurs, a member will be notified of this in writing, and is entitled to provide a written statement to the Directors supporting its continued membership with Mind Skills Mastery.
7. Resigning Membership:
a) A member may resign by giving notice of resignation to Mind Skills Mastery and payment for any outstanding subscriptions or invoices due is made. No refunds can be made for resignations made part way through the subscription year.
b) Clauses 7(a) do not apply where members resign because of a business closure, which for the avoidance of doubt is different from a sale and/or transfer of business.
8. Automatic roll-over:
a) Membership of Mind Skills Mastery Coaching and Training subscription programs will not automatically roll over once the period is completed. Members may resubscribe at the rate they joined, providing the payments have remained continuous and up to date.
b) Mind Skills Mastery will notify members within 10 days of membership expiry or renewal.
